We're going on a Bear Hunt: Picturebook Adventures at Seven Stories

A gentle exhibition of ten Walker picture books has just opened at Seven Stories in Newcastle. Small children will delight in trying on the masks, clothes, peering through peep holes, squeezing into a large red shoe, curling up in a cat basket and joining in with the joyous performance by Michael Rosen of "We're going on a Bear Hunt" (on a looped recording - you may be there for hours!). There is some original artwork as well. Older children in the family can spend time in "Westall's Kingdom: A Writer's Life" on the next floor.
