office has moved to new premises.
Please note the
new address below where all correspondence and
review books should now be sent.
Please also note

Publishers, please pass on
these details to all departments i.e. editorial, marketing, accounts, and
despatch for review books. (Letter post can be re-directed but parcels
cannot. This will necessitate 50 mile
round trips to collect parcels delivered to the old address).
